Digital Yarm is a project by 360fusion to create a virtual environment of Yarm that people can view online.

We hope to involve local businesses in Yarm to create this digital high street. The aim is to not only be able to tour around the high street but to be able to go into shop and if the shop has a website users will be able to purchase goods. 360fusion provide high quality virtual tours that can be viewed online or on CDROM. Our tours provided users the opportunity to tour a property, business or place of interest from home. Virtual tours have been around a while but now with faster broadband speeds a better technology they are really starting to emerge as the forefront of online visual promotion.
Being fully interactive enables users to browser the virtual environment by selecting a thumbnail, by clicking on a room or position on a map or by following hotspots in the movie to go from area to area.
